Well, our precious Gweneveire is at Tsar Blu being breed to the CFA GC, National Winner (6th best cat over all breeds) for 2000-2001. We are excited since this is the first time we have ever taken one our precious baby girls out to a new husband for breeding. She has been there since Tuesday and we cannot wait for her to come home. But, staying with Donna Fuller she will probably be so spoiled she won't want to come home! <sigh>
Donna takes great care of her kitties and she has so many National winners too. We feel so fortuneate to have the opportunity to live close enough to be able to breed our pretty girl to such a handsome boy!
We will keep you posted on the out come. This litter will be show kitties only and we are hoping for at least one new male for our other ladies! We are sooo excited!!

Just a quickie to let you all know that I have been adding comments to all of the neighborhood BLOGs but none were posting from HeatherWynd Russian Blues or Gentry Devons. I just tried again and for the first time in some time it posted. I did not have to sign in twice when I was already signed in either - YEAH!!!

This precious girl will soon be going to live in British Columbia Canada at Christacat's Russian Blues.
She is a lovely little silvery blue girl with nicely developing green eyes. He mom cat is CH MS Kiwi of HeatherWynd and dad cat is GCH, RW Platina Luna Starbuck of HeatherWynd.
She will have a wonderful loving home with Christine and her family. She will soon start her show career and make a wonderful addition to the Christacat's cattery.

This is one of our favorite kittens. His mom is our Lovely intense emerald eyed Grand Champion - GC Ron-Del Natahsha of HeatherWynd - Daddy is CH Velva's Doernovakof of HeatherWynd - AKA Dory!
HeatherWynd Tristin lives with his mom in San Jose CA and is a really beautiful boy with huge stellar eyes! He would have made an outstanding show and breeding prospect too, but being sensible hobby breeders - we know we cannot keep them all, and with each generation the kittens get better and better. This makes it difficult to know who to keep and who to allow to have pet homes.
But, then it is also equally important to breed kittens that are all ultimately show quality, or we are not doing our job well in the continuous process of bettering the breed the best we can!
Today I had a few minutes to take a couple of photos of some of the new kittens and our beautiful CH MS Kiwi of HeatherWynd. She is one of our great mom cats

This is HeatherWynd Ludmilla Innova - 2 and 1/2 weeks old
CH Katzenburg Ludmilla Irnova of HeatherWynd x CH Velva's Doernovakof of HeatherWynd.
She is named for her mom cat and her grand mom cat. She has an awesome purrsonality and we adore this little silly girl! We will add more about her later - enjoy her photo!
This is our first blog! YEAH! We are enjoying it. We are hobby breeders of the Russian Blues and Devon Rex cat breeds. The photo we placed here so far is one of our CFA Grand Champion Ron-Del Natahsha of HeatherWynd. Tasha as we call her is also a Quadruple Grand Champion in TICA & twice a TICA Regional Winner. And, one year she was the 3rd Best International Russian Blue. We are so proud of her! She is also Lela's love cat!
In this photo Tasha looks like she is a very concerned mom cat - and she is - but too bad this is not her baby! She tried to steal it from one of the other girls - too cute! But, we really loved the photo and decided to use it for our profile until we get one of us humans. Plus, she is way cuter than us anyways! >^oo^<
